Welcome to EdgeHaven Hosting (“EdgeHaven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at edgehavenhosting.com, creating an account, or using our hosting services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

By using EdgeHaven, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Service constitutes a legally binding agreement. IN NO EVENT SHALL EDGEHAVEN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY DOWNTIME CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS.
